As a Weather Data Locater/Consultant, I am in a position to research weather data records that might exist with regard to any weather sensitive event you may have a need for. If you are compileing your own personal weather almanac, looking for historical temperatures, or just need information on winter climate, Ovweather is a good starting point.  

We will make use of all known weather resources, to include NOAA’s National Climatic Data Center or a number of regional climate centers that we have at our disposal. If historical weather data is available, based on your concerns, I am confident that we can find  and  present it to you for your business or personal use based on any specific need in the most cost-effective, professional manner possible (usually within 24 hours).

There are several different good sources for your local weather forecast , accu-weather, National Weather Service, and the Weather Channel to name a few.   I have provided a link on the left side(NCDC) which will give you an idea of the climate information available.
